When a person says that God inspired them or told them something the first question that should come to your mind is which God? The God of the Bible? Don’t think so as it contradicts many of the ways and teachings that that God revealed through others. Perhaps it is the God of this world, Satan? He is a good candidate since he likes to contradict the God of the Bible. And then there is the God of Islam, and the gods of hindu and the gods of shinto and so on and so on. And there are religions that say you are a God so then this is just a book about the author expressing his own opinion and since he makes some claims that are scientifically false, perhaps this is the God he is really talking to.

Conversations with God : An Uncommon Dialogue by Neale Donald Walsch is a thought provoking book about one man’s relation with God. Walsch spends years writing down questions about religion and God on a legal pad. Out of the blue God starts answering them. It becomes quite complex at times. It’s just nice to see people are interested in what God has to say in this day and age.
If you’re so inclined, and want to read the messages God gave to a man who prayed 1,000,000 prayers than you definitely want to read this Great new book I found about faith, Jesus, God’s message and what we will do in the after-life entitled “The Enlightenment, What God Told Me After One Million Prayers: A Message for Everyone,” by John H. Eagan. It’s really fantastic and the message from God is just amazing. I think the readers of Walsch’s book will really enjoy The Enlightenment. I can’t recommend it enough!

Take care of MACRO LENS FISHEYE FOR

Wednesday, June 30th, 2010

decent pictures for the price. lens feels a little heavy for the kit 18-55mm lens, but it auto focuses fine.
my better captures were at focal lengths between 28mm and 23mm. anything lower causes good fisheye/dostorted effects, but with that black barrel showing more as you zoom out. also blurs more around the edges at lower focal lengths.
good macro lens. can’t really use with your pop up flash because the lens sticks out too far and causes shadows in low lit areas.
lens caps are cheap and don’t stay on too well outside of it’s rough carrying case.
shipped pretty fast and cost me less than $40 after everything.
oh and it also came with a lens cleaning kit..

Nikon 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6G AF-S ED VR II Telephoto Zoom Lens

I have been a photography enthusiast for many years, and a user of Canon and Nikon equipment since the days of the Nikon F. My comments are based on nearly 60 years of picture-taking, not lab tests. Though I have used a few lenses that may have done some particular thing better than the 18-200 VRII, this is by far the best all-around lens I have ever used. Presently my wife and I are using a D-60 and a D-90. About six months ago I bought the first 18-200 to use on the D-90, and my wife was using the D-60 with a Nikon 18-105 VR that was originally part of the D-90 kit. I feel that the 18-105 is a fine lens in terms of IQ, and is a compact design for it’s range, but my wife was instantly coveting my 18-200VR.

I usually keep the Tam 26-75mm on my cam, but since getting the 10-22, the Tam is gathering dust. At 22mm the lens gives a normal perspective, you just gotta get a lot closer to the subject than you would with a normal range zoom. As you go wide, you also find you have to get closer to what you are shooting than you are used to. Once you figure out how placing the horizon affects the pic, you can be at 10mm and really not get much distortion; or how to use the distortion effect to get that cool wide angle look. You don’t need a hood (not really sure how you would keep it out of the scene and have it blocking light anyway), you have to work to make it flare. I don’t see any CA in normal full screen viewing. Deep rich color, sharp. When I first popped it on my cam I thought it was defective because I could see “stuff” in the viewfinder; turned out the lens was resolving the dust on the mirror.
